This is a hard one. All my studying mediation was theory until my own conflict gave me a right-hook. I still have the blue-eye.
It is on another level when the mediation book you are ready is suddenly talking about you. And suddenly, the rosy glow disappears from the theory.
I felt the resistance within me as I was wisely counselled by the authors.
Right now, honestly, it feels satisfying to remain angry. Who's with me on this?
Let's hope I can reach the first stage soon; sitting face to face with my offender and being able to look him in the eye.
